  Place the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
